Who we are:

The North East Education Foundation was founded in October 2008 as an organization designed exclusively for charitable educational purposes that benefit students of the North East School District, located in Erie County, PA. The Foundation is organized to provide funds through public support for four primary purposes:

• Student scholarships & awards
• Student assistance
• Innovative educational programs, including staff development, development projects, and educational research
• Capital improvements of athletic facilities for the improvement of sports and physical education programs

• Memorials/Honorariums
• Local Corporations
• Foundation Events
• Erie Gives

How can you help?

• Donate! There is no amount too small or too large to help support our students.
• Start an endowed scholarship! Individuals, businesses, and local organizations may establish a perpetual scholarship in memory of, in honor of, or in recognition of an individual, business, or local organization with a donation of $5,000 or more.
• Volunteer!

Class of 2021 Scholarship
The Class of 2021 established a ten-year endowment scholarship, which will be first awarded in 2031.

Geraldine Smith Scholarship

Kathleen McGaughey Luke Scholarship
This scholarship will be awarded once a minimum principal balance has been reached.
