Weather Delays and Cancellations

When a weather delay or cancellation is made, this is a direct consideration of the environmental factors within the North East Borough and North East Township areas. As a direct result, all schools and programs that The North East School District transport to, will abide by the same schedule.

If an additional program/school is operating on a two-hour delay, and the North East School District is operating normally, the Transportation Department will accommodate to the student’s updated program/school schedule, at the delayed time.
