New Student Registration

In addition to completing the online or paper packet registration
options below, the following documents are required for the
registration and entry of a student into the North East School District:
 

  1. PROOF OF RESIDENCY (TWO FORMS) – Provide any two of the following documents with your current North East, PA address:
    Current utility bill or confirmation of new utility service (NOTE: Wireless bills are not accepted.)
    Lease Agreement or Mortgage Statement/Sales Agreement
     
  2. PARENT/GUARDIAN VALID PHOTO ID – Provide a valid photo ID such as a Driver’s License or state issued ID.
     
  3. STUDENT'S ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE – Provide the original copy to the school district and a copy will be made for the student's file.
     
  4. STUDENT'S CURRENT IMMUNIZATION RECORDS – Students will not be permitted to attend school until all required immunizations are provided to the school.
     
  5. CUSTODY ORDER – If a custody order is in effect for the student(s) being registered, the district will need to make a copy of the most recent order.
     
  6. FOSTER CARE – If applicable, provide placement documentation.

Students enrolling into Kindergarten must be 5 years of age by 5/31/2025.

2025-2026 School Year
New Student Registration

Registration may be completed through
one of the following two options:

Option 1: Online Registration
or
Option 2: Paper Packet Registration

Please be sure to complete all steps of the option you choose.

 

Option 1: Online Registration

Step 1: Click Online Registration to log in, enter your information and submit your registration online. If you do not already have an account, click the "Create a New Account" link to set one up.

Step 2: Click Additional Required Documents to print and complete the documents or you may obtain a printed copy from the District Administration office.

Step 3: Click Information Packet to print the additional information, review the information online or you may obtain a printed copy from the District Administration Office.
(Packet includes vaccination requirements, Sapphire instructions, Free/Reduced Meal application information, Student Services information.)

Step 4: Deliver the completed Additional Required Documents in Step 2 and all required residency, parent and student documents to the District Administration Office.

IMPORTANT: The registration process is not complete until all four steps are complete, including the delivery of all required documents to the District Administration office.

 

Option 2: Paper Packet Registration

If you prefer to complete a paper packet, you may follow the steps below to print, complete and return all documents to the District Administration Office or you may obtain the packets from the same office.

Step 1: Click New Student Enrollment Packet - One Per Household to print, complete and return one Registration History & Census Information document for your entire household.

Step 2: Click New Student Enrollment Packet - One Per Student to print and complete the documents for each child you are enrolling.

Step 3: Deliver the completed forms from Step 1 and Step 2 and all required residency, parent and student documents to the District Administration Office.

IMPORTANT: The registration process is not complete until all four steps are complete, including the delivery of all required documents to the District Administration office.
