New Student Enrollment
The following items are required for the registration and entry of a student into the North East School District:
- PROOF OF RESIDENCY – TWO FORMS (ie: Driver’s License with current address; copy of a current utility bill or agreement for service that includes your name and North East, PA address; if you rent or lease, a copy of your lease agreement, or sales agreement for purchase of a home within the district) NOTE: Wireless bills are not accepted.
- STUDENT'S ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE - The original needs to be provided to the school district and a copy will be made for the student's file.
- STUDENT'S CURRENT IMMUNIZATION RECORDS
- CUSTODY ORDER – If a custody order is in effect for the student(s) being registered the district will need to make a copy of the most recent order.
- FOSTER CARE – Provide placement documentation.

2021-2022 Kindergarten Enrollment
** NOTE: Students enrolling in Kindergarten must be age 5 by May 31, 2021. **
You may register online by clicking the 'Online Registration' link below. The 'Additional Documents & Information' link contains documents that must be printed, completed and returned to the Davis Primary School Office during your registration appointment.
If you prefer to complete a paper packet, you may click the 'Kindergarten Enrollment Packet' link below to print it or you may request a packet from the Davis Primary School Office by calling (814) 725-8671, ext. 3050.
2021-2022 New Student Enrollment (Grades 1 - 12)
You may register online by clicking the 'Online Registration' link below. The 'Additional Documents & Information' link contains documents that must be printed, completed and returned to the Administration Office following your submission.
If you prefer to complete a paper packet, you may click both links below to print them or you may pick up the packet at the Administration Office.
2020-2021 New Student Enrollment (Grades K - 12)
