Welcome to North East High School

We, at the high school, welcome parents and community members to visit our building. The high school is a ninth through twelfth grade environment that strives to develop each student’s full potential. With a multifaceted curriculum and a nurturing staff, North East High School students have many opportunities to acquire the skills necessary for a lifetime of continuous learning and personal success.

Within our website you will find many academic, as well as extra-curricular opportunities for our students. From advanced placement courses to vocational and technical offerings, we believe there is a “recipe for success” for every child. As part of a total community, the high school seeks to create a partnership with the community, recognizing that this relationship contributes to the development of its students.

One of the outstanding features of North East High School is its academic program – the number, diversity, and quality of its course offerings. With the assistance of the counseling staff, North East students select from among a large number of distinct courses to develop a completely individualized program of studies designed to address personal, educational, and vocational needs and goals. Students and their parents/guardians are encouraged to take advantage of the scheduled opportunities for meeting with North East faculty to discuss academic options and to plan appropriate educational experiences.
